How long does a typical Dynamics 365 implementation take?

It depends on scope. A single-module Sales or Customer Service rollout for a focused team typically goes live in 6 to 10 weeks. Larger multi-module implementations with data migration, custom entities, and staged user onboarding usually run 3 to 6 months.

We scope every engagement during a short discovery so you have a firm timeline and cost before any build work starts.

Which Dynamics 365 modules do you implement?

Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service and Marketing are our most common engagements. We also build custom apps on the Power Platform (Power Apps + Dataverse) when the standard modules don't match an industry workflow — our MACS aged-care solution is one example.

Can you migrate data from our existing CRM or legacy system?

Yes. We regularly migrate from Salesforce, Zoho, SugarCRM, SharePoint lists, Access databases and bespoke SQL systems. Migration covers entity mapping, de-duplication, data cleansing and validation against target entity rules.

We always run a test migration against a sandbox environment and verify record counts and relationships before the production cutover.

Is Dynamics 365 cloud-only, or do you support on-premises deployments?

We focus on Dynamics 365 Online. Microsoft has largely wound down the on-premises Dynamics CRM roadmap, and most of our clients are either cloud-native or actively migrating off on-premises environments. If you have a specific on-premises constraint, get in touch and we'll talk through your options.

Do you provide user training and change management?

Yes — every implementation includes role-based user training sessions, quick-reference guides and an adoption plan. Getting people to actually use the system is often harder than building it, so we plan for adoption from day one rather than treating it as a post-go-live activity.

Do you work outside Australia?

We're based in Brisbane and Adelaide and focus on Australian organisations. Cross-border CRM integrations (for example an Australian HQ with NZ or APAC subsidiaries) are fine — the part we're strict about is where the day-to-day team and the data residency sit.
