Editorial & Corrections Policy

Who writes this content
Content on mayasoft.com.au is written by the Mayasoft Pty Ltd team — the same practitioners who deliver our Dynamics 365, Azure, and AI consulting engagements. Product-adjacent content (MACS aged care, MNFP not-for-profit CRM) is written in coordination with the respective product teams and cross-checked against those products' current release notes.
How we review claims
- Product claims are checked against what is actually shipped. If a feature is on the roadmap, we say so — not "available today".
- Regulatory-adjacent content (Aged Care Act 2025, ACNC, DEX, NDIS, Australian Privacy Principles) is anchored to primary Australian government sources and dated.
- Third-party claims (Microsoft partnership, Azure regions, integrations) link to the vendor's own documentation.
- Client-specific claims and case studies are only published with the client's written approval.
How we handle corrections
If you find an inaccuracy, an out-of-date figure, a broken link, or misleading language, email editors@mayasoft.com.au with the URL and the correction. We aim to review corrections within one business day and publish updates within three business days for material factual errors.
Substantive corrections are noted at the bottom of the affected page with a date stamp. Minor typos and copy edits are made silently.
AI content disclosure
We use AI tools as writing assistants — for outlining, drafting, and copy-editing. Every published page is reviewed and approved by a Mayasoft team member before going live. We do not publish AI-generated content that has not been fact-checked and edited by a human.
